Helpful Hints When Making A Presentation

Color:
Black and White doesn't attract attention. Use color schemes to enhance the appearence of your presentation.

Bold:
Use bold and/or italic for headings. It separates information and makes things look important.

Images:
The key to using images is to not overuse. You want a few, because they help the effect of creativity on the presentation, but you don't want your presentation to look crowded.

Using A Marquee:
When you use a marquee, you make something stand out more than other information. We reccomend them because they give your presentation a little spark, which is something great to have.

Information:
With presentations for business companies, you are summing up your information. You don't want people to have to squint to see the words, but you also don't want to look careless. Focus on the most important information first, and then go from there.

Text Boxes:
We don't reccomend the use of text boxes. They can cause the layout to be too spread out, and the information can become unclear.

Javascript:
If you know how to use javascript, then it's easy to put a lot of added effects into your presentation. If not, you can stick to the simple things and your presentation will still look great. Javascript is an either/or type of effect. It's nice to have it, but your presentation doesn't depend on it.
